Coffee is Culinary

So, why is coffee culinary? Because, coffee is not just a pick-me-up, though that doesn’t hurt. It is the subtle nuances in the coffee that makes it a culinary thing, not just a energy drink.  Coffee is generally disrespected, used only for its caffeine, as a way to wakeup or to get some energy, and not for the varying flavor profiles. The individual differences of each Single Origin Coffee, varies and all the places that the coffee comes from like; Tanzania, Guatemala, Kenya, Honduras and many more. There is also many ways to prepare this drink, like: French Press, Vacpot, Chemex, Cold Brew and the ultimate way Espresso. Each of these ways bring out a different flavor profile. For all of the reasons, to me, Coffee is  Culinary.
