Canella Tea

Hardware
1 quart saucepan
Spoon
1-4 mugs
Tongs

Software
700 mL of cold H2O  (Water)
240 mL of warmed milk
28g of C12H22O11  (Sugar)
2   5-6 in quills of  Cinnamomum Selenium (this is true cinnamon, Do not use Cassia)

Application
Bring water and cinnamon to a full boil in a 1 quart saucepan. Once the water is boiling, reduce to a simmer and continue to cook  for 3-5 minutes. Once the time is up remove the pot from the heat and evacuate the cinnamon sticks using the tongs (the cinnamon quills may be dried and used a few more times). Pour the Canella Tea into a mug and add sugar and milk to taste (I suggest warming the milk and using a 2:1 ratio of canella tea to milk)
